Excellent food and service. Recommend
For a Korean chain restaurant its hand down the best place to get Korean food south of Atlanta... my favorite are the pork buns, they are little slice of yumminess :)
Great food that came out fast! It's a place we will eat at again when we're in the area.
food is an all right and pricey. Dining area is nice but the bathroom is super outdated and dirty. Hallway heading to the bathroom and windows are very dirty and sticky. But overall its an alright place. If you really want a good experience korean chicken just drive down to Duluth instead.
It is no secret that this city has an abundance of great Korean restaurants. And it isn't hard to believe that 90% of them are between Clairmont Rd... to north of Satellite Blvd, which is why this eatery is notable. It is no where near there. The decor isn't particularly imaginative but it is sleek and uncluttered. Red, black and wood form a standard pallette meant to give off a generalized Asian vibe with a few dashes of white. The menu is extensive presenting Korean staples along side inventive culinary fusions that effortlessly reward the adventurous./// Insider Tip: the portions easily feed two. Leftovers for lunch tomorrow. ;)SCORE = PLEASANTLY SURPRISED
The photos doesn't do the taste of the food justice! I've been here several times & I absolutely love it. The portions are huge & the food comes out quickly. Also, the staff is friendly. This is indeed a hidden jewel in Fayetteville!
I like this place but I really wish I could like it more. I mean, the food is excellent but lately the service has been awful. I went there yesterday and the service was....ok, but today I went back and the guy was hella rude. And it wasn't just with me. A woman came in after me and she had to get a little loud with him because I guess she ordered ahead of time and he acted like he didn't know what she she was talking about when she came to pick it up. I swear, man.... these damn people are getting out of hand. We have GOT to stop supporting them. Seriously.
Bonchon! Always delicious! Our waitress Ary knows exactly what we order no need to open a menu! As you can see they couldn’t wait for me to take a picture!
The fried pickles are really good in my opinion. The best I’ve ever had, not too salty and has a nice crisp batter. The Chicken is pretty good too. I like boneless Korean chicken, so I ordered the boneless spicy and sweet garlic. The spicy is pretty hot, but my favorite was the sweet garlic. As for being authentic Korean style, I think it’s a bit of a miss. Not quite there but still good regardless. The pickled raddish was way too bitter for my liking. I’m a huge fan of pickled raddish, but I can’t say theirs is very good. Otherwise I would come here again since it’s close.
Worth it if you're ever in the area! Fast, friendly service and never busy. Bonchon's wings are soooo good! Close to perfect. Crunchy and crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. I recommend the soy garlic sauce choice unless you are up for some serious spice. Fries are good also. Fried rice is also flavorful! Recommend for lunch special for best value. Only downside is location, they need one north of the city!
I love this place. Their spicy strips are really good and I tried the calamari this time. Delicious!I recommend this place. If you love Kpop they play the bops 😉
Great chicken place !! Both spicy and soy flavored chicken is awesome!! The Korean Bulgogi Taco is good too ! If you like spicy food, try bulddak if translated, fire chicken !!
I was super excited about this place when it popped up. The pictures of food that I saw looked really good. I've had authentic Korean BBQ and this is not it. I've had better food at a basic takeout places. The wings were very hard. Glad I went during lunch and paid lunch prices.
I am puzzled why this place is not bustling with crowd at 12:30 pm. The chicken wings were marinated right, crispy outside and juicy inside, and spiced right. Food was served promptly and the server was attentive. I love this place.
I love this place!! Food always amazing but stick to what they specialize in. Wings and Fried Rice!! The Parmesan fries are also great.
This was my 1st time & I binge watch Korean eating on YOUTUBE. I've been waiting to eat the famous chicken. It was good but NO SEASON 🤦🏾♀️. Their menu is misleading WINGS 10PC. You get your order there is more than wings & I tried to tell them but of course they gave text book answer & EXPLAIN TO ME PTS OF A FREaking chicken!!!! N.E.WAYI will be returning, I know NOW!!!!! I got a lot of food tasting it was good
A total surprise! Sensational Korean fusion food. I’ve had it a lot, lived in Los Angeles most of my life. We’ll definitely be back!
I drove way from Lithia Springs just to try the fried chicken.... it was totally worth it!! So worth it!! Can’t wait till they open back up fully for the full experience!!
These wings are amazing. They are extremely flavorful and crispy without being soggy. The double fried cooking method is worth the hype.
One of my favorite places to get Korean food! I've been coming here since they first opened a few years ago. I eat here about every week or so. Love the potstickers and chicken katsu!
We love hanging out. Yesterday we arrived in this excellent place which friends told us about. We spent a beautiful time there with delicious dishes and an efficient stuff and a professional chef. We put this place in our phone list and we shall no doubt go again soon. Highly recommended.
How have I not found this place before now? Yummmy!
Great service. Amazing food, affordable prices. What else is there to say? 😁
The customer service is always quick, awesome vibes, super nice staff. Will return again when I arrive in the area.
Not a fan of how they fry their wings but they have many options that I'm excited to try in the future. I actually enjoyed the wings the second day than when i bought them fresh. Only because if how they're wings are fried, but the food was good nonetheless and I'll visit again to try other things as well.
I enjoyed the flavor and crunch of my chicken but once I got pass the flavor and crunch the actually "meat" itself was really bland. I was expecting the flavor to run deep but it didn't, wish they would have used some sort of "brine" on their chicken before frying it.
Even on the second visit to this restaurant customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly. Food came out fresh and hot. The sauces are one of a kind and full of flavor. We ordered the seasoned zucchini fries, udon soup, boneless chicken with soy garlic sauce, bulgogi, and chicken fried rice.
Tried this spot before with a friend and I am addicted since then. I liked the awesome atmosphere and fresh dishes and drinks. Kudos.
Bonchon is great. They have all the traditional korean dishes. The wings are the best. You can get a nice spicy dish there too, if that's what you like.
Delicious Korean style fried chicken. Love it😋
This restaurant was a great find. They have unique menu offerings, such as a salmon ball and octopus fritters- and the food is really good! They have beer on tap, always a plus. It's easy to place to go orders. Food is somewhat pricey, but not too outrageous. It's one of my Fayetteville favorites!
First time visiting, the food was delicious!! The kids went the "traditional " route and had chicken and fries...LOL But I wanted something new and had the Japchae and my friend had the Buldak. This dish is very spicy. We also tried the Korean beers, they were good. For dessert, mochi... mango, chocolate, strawberry and chocolate. I will visit again, the service was good.
The food was amazing and tasty. Our server, Sophie, was the sweetest and quick to address our questions. The workers greeted us in and out and made us feel very welcomed as it was our first time. Truly a 5 star restaurant.
Calamari good, sauce is on point. Breading on chicken was good, but sauces are a llittle light, expected more kick from the soy garlic. It is on the pricey side for what we ate.
The food here is very approachable. It's very Korean, but familiarly so. The prices are fine for the portions and there are nice specials to keep you coming I really enjoyed the decor, the music, and the feel, in general. I've been twice and can say that the fries are great, the fried rice is the perfect amount of flavorful and healthy. I really like the chicken wings, they are fried well, and was not vinigary or too sweet. I will update this review when I go there next.
It was amazing, great food and the service was spectacular. Will definitely try to come back, so many things on the menu left to try.
This place is excellent and broad, the food was delightful and the rates were very economical. quick, efficient service and very friendly staff members. Will definitely recommend this place.
I went to try Korean fried chicken because everyone was saying it is the best fried chicken. Obviously said by someone who hasn't had Church's Chicken. The food is good but not earth shattering. Which is what I was expecting. I ordered a combo and pork buns. The chicken was tossed with the soy ginger sauce. It was very crunchy, sweet and savory. I felt that was it's only saving grace. I wanted to try with no sauce alas I fear if I did the chicken would not be as seasoned crunchy, but not seasoned. The pork buns on the other hand was incredible. Nice presentation and delicious too. For the price I would not buy this again. I also deducted a star for them not having online ordering. The wait for the was not bad it took 15 to twenty minutes, I was expecting to wait 30 minutes.
The food was amazing it was fresh and made to order. The service was good as well. It's a hidden gem in the plaza that I HIGHLY recommend.
My food was delicious. Cute cozy place for good food. Even has a bar with beer and wine.
Good food. They have a bar in there too. The exterior of the building is deceptive. The inside is beautifully decorated. The food is good. The spicy pot stickers were the best.
Wait time at 5pm on Saturday afternoon was wonderful., walked right in and was seated. Customer Service was extremely wonderful and food came out in perfect time piping hot, like we like it. Will return when we come back in town.
Food was subpar, and the employee was a bit pushy, definitely wouldn’t recommend, wasted 30 bucks 😒
The food was Awesome!! First time with my family and we enjoyed everything. The food, atmosphere and cashier was so perfect. Definitely going back. Food was the right amount of portions, a lot. Loved it. We tried the bibimbap salad, steak tacos, fries, wings and more. We loved everything!
The food is truly amazing. The wings are crispy and seasoned perfectly. I suggest the spicy or garlic. The sweet crunch leave a horrible after taste. We also got the Bulgogi fried rice and which was not greasy or hard. The waitress was amazing very professional and checked on us multiple times. I would definitely recommend coming again.
Love this place. The pork buns are amazing.
Thought we would try something new and was pleasantly suprised at the great food. Large portions as well.
Some of the best wings I've ever eaten
This is a nice restaurant that's located where ABC used to be. I believe it's a Korean fried chicken restaurant if I'm not mistaken. My wife took me there a few days ago. The food was delicious. I'm thinking about stopping by there again today :-)....
